"i run. i teach. i play. i surf. i yoga." These words defined me while living in the paradise of Oahu. It seemed there was no other way to live but to embrace the island and all the fitness activities it had to offer. I felt strong in body and mind and I felt at home.
When I moved to NY, I realized the importance of health & fitness more than ever. Yoga teacher training was pivotal in my health and fitness path. I'm eager to help others ease suffering, feel acceptance of themselves, and develop enthusiasm for their own health & fitness.
